Bringing It Into
Focus.
Most of
our research work falls into two primary categories:
In Qualitative
Research, we listen to people talk about their experiences in their
own words, primarily through focus groups and in-depth interviews. The
findings are not statistically projectable, but yield rich results and
uncover in-depth emotions and attitudes.
Quantitative
Research is used to measure data, demographics, awareness,
attitudes and behavior. It is statistically projectable and usually
consists of mail, phone or online surveys.
How Our Insight
Becomes Your Vision.
After an
initial consultation to discuss your needs, targets and timing, we’ll
provide you with a plan of action. Based on your objectives, your market,
and the time and resources available, we develop a customized research
approach to solve your marketing puzzle. Next, we develop sampling and
recruiting guidelines, questionnaires and discussion guides, and launch the
study.
We analyze the results with a verbal or written report
that includes strategic marketing recommendations. We also offer
positioning workshops and strategic planning sessions to carry the work
forward. You’ll find that we usually cost much less than the bigger
firms.
